These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stav AI platform operated by Heimdall AI AS, a Norwegian company. This page is a placeholder; the final Terms will be published before general availability.

By requesting early access, you agree to receive occasional email from Stav about your application status and the platform. You can revoke access to your account at any time by contacting roland@heimdall.ai.

Heimdall AI AS does not share your contact details with third parties and does not use your application for marketing outside Stav’s own communications.

A full Terms document covering compliance features, deployer obligations under the EU AI Act (Articles 26 & 27), provenance markers, and warranty disclaimers will replace this placeholder before launch.
