Stav is the sovereign AI gateway for European enterprise. One OpenAI-compatible key reaches every model — sovereign and frontier — with smart routing, automatic failover and one invoice. All under EU law, outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act.
One key · every model · one invoice · automatic failover.
A gateway puts a single API in front of many AI models, so you integrate once instead of wiring up every vendor. Stav is the gateway built for Europe — so you get sovereignty, not just convenience.
Sovereign and frontier — Mistral, Llama, Qwen, GPT-5.5, Claude Opus 4.6 — behind a single OpenAI-compatible key. No per-vendor signups.
One bill across every provider, with usage and cost in one dashboard. No chasing credits and renewal dates across vendors.
One contract, one DPA, one security review covers the whole catalogue — not a fresh procurement cycle per model.
If a provider degrades or rate-limits, requests reroute to an equivalent model automatically. Uptime you don’t babysit.
Other gateways solve the integration problem. None of them can keep your data under EU jurisdiction — because it isn’t a feature, it’s where they’re built.

A gateway hosted under US jurisdiction is reachable by the CLOUD Act and FISA 702 — no matter how many EU regions it offers. Sovereignty is where the company and its infrastructure sit, and that can’t be toggled on.
One provider can’t route to a competitor, can’t fail over when it’s down, and can’t give you choice or price leverage. You get one model family and one point of failure.
The gateway decides where each request goes — by cost, by capability, and by your sovereignty policy — and keeps working when a provider doesn’t.
Each request is classified by complexity, sensitivity and domain in one sub-15 ms pass, then sent to the cheapest model that can do the job.
If a provider degrades, rate-limits or goes down, the gateway reroutes to an equivalent model on another provider — no code change, no dropped requests.
Set sovereign-only per team and the router will never send a matching request outside EU jurisdiction — enforced before dispatch, logged on every call.
A prompt carries your strategy, your customers’ data, your reasoning. On US infrastructure that’s reachable by the CLOUD Act. Stav keeps it in Europe — and proves it on every request.
“We built Jottacloud on one conviction: Europeans shouldn’t have to hand their data to American infrastructure to use great technology. Stav is that conviction, applied to AI.”
One key to every model, one invoice, automatic failover — under EU jurisdiction. One line to migrate.
