Vendor jurisdiction cannot be verified: all stav.so domains have failed DNS resolution across six consecutive curator runs, so CLOUD Act exposure is neither confirmed nor excluded
No SOC 2, no SBOM, no bug bounty programme, and no security.txt — fine for internal testing, but insufficient for enterprise compliance sign-off without written confirmation from Stav AI
